Tanzania Cashew Board (TCB) Interview Notice for Volunteer Positions

Applicants must bring the following original documents:

• Valid identification document (NIDA, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, Work ID, or an introduction letter from Mtaa/Village Government)
• Birth Certificate
• Form IV Certificate
• Form VI Certificate (where applicable)
• Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any other relevant professional certificates

Applicants in regulated professions must also present their original professional registration certificate and a valid practising licence.

• Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV or Form VI result slips will not be accepted.
• Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must present certificates verified by TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Where applicable, a TCU GPA Conversion Certificate is also required.
• Applicants whose names differ across official documents must provide a registered Deed Poll issued by the Ministry of Lands.
• Every applicant is responsible for their own transport, accommodation, and meals, and should report in neat and decent attire.
• TCB emphasizes that recruitment is conducted fairly and transparently, and giving or receiving bribes is strictly prohibited.
