Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must:

• Be a Kenyan citizen.
• Hold a degree from a university recognized in Kenya.
• Have at least ten (10) years of proven management experience.
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
• Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrate experience in human rights, governance, public administration, management, finance, political science, or related disciplines.
• Have at least five (5) years of senior management experience, preferably in a public institution or a comparable organization.
• Have completed a senior leadership course of not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution.
