For 2026, the Financial Analyst will support the Record to Report Manager by managing General Ledger month-end activities, preparing financial reports, conducting reconciliations, supporting audits, and delivering valuable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process General Ledger journal entries.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare sub-ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support General Ledger month-end close activities.
• Prepare Country on a Page (COAP) reports with balance sheet notes.
• Maintain the company’s fixed asset register.
• Coordinate interim and final external audits.
• Prepare year-end reporting packs in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare annual financial statements compliant with IFRS.
• Respond promptly to audit queries and information requests.
• Conduct internal control reviews according to approved plans.
• Support financial modelling and reporting processes.
• Perform financial and variance analysis using Excel-based analytics.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Assist with balance sheet forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA General Ledger and reconciliation processes.
• Improve and automate monthly reporting and reconciliation templates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• CPA or ACCA professional qualification.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system is an added advantage.
• Exposure to financial modelling is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
