About the Role

Responsibilities

The DFS Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Growing digital business within the designated Morogoro branch zone.
• Developing new business portfolios and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Managing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Retaining KCB customers through digital and other banking channels.
• Supporting the expansion of digital financial services within the assigned market.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
• A proven track record in digital business growth and new portfolio development.
• Strong relationship management and customer retention skills.
• A good working knowledge of digital banking channels, including mobile banking, internet banking, agency banking and merchant acquiring.
• Experience or background in merchant acquiring and card services.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
