Project Manager – Real Estate Development at Turkys Real Estate

Turkys Real Estate is inviting applications from experienced and motivated professionals for the position of Project Manager – Real Estate Development. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a large-scale property development project and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential and infrastructure developments in Kisarawe.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, construction supervision, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are completed within approved budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, priorities, and development phases.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and utility companies.
• Oversee construction activities and monitor progress against approved timelines.
• Ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and regulations.
• Supervise infrastructure development, including roads, water supply, drainage, sewerage, electricity, telecommunications, waste management, street lighting, public spaces, and landscaping.
• Identify project risks, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate planning approvals, environmental permits, and construction permits.
• Establish quality inspection procedures and monitor compliance throughout the project.
• Resolve project conflicts and minimize delays, cost overruns, and construction clashes.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate key project developments to management.

Qualifications Required:

• Not more than 43 years of age.
• Proven experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or master-planned development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
• Good understanding of infrastructure development and construction standards.
• Experience in risk management, quality control, regulatory compliance, and permit acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and work effectively under tight project deadlines.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Kisarawe.
