Responsibilities

• Plan and track FTTH commercial projects and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain project roadmaps, implementation plans, action logs, and governance reports.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and governance of FTTH pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate FTTH sales commission initiatives and related processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver FTTH priorities.
• Use customer feedback, complaints, and performance insights to support improvements in the customer journey.
• Support FTTH product launches, enhancements, migrations, and process changes.
• Lead governance forums and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely completion.
• Support business reporting and performance monitoring for FTTH initiatives.
• Coordinate activities related to customer experience improvement and after-sales support.
• Support the implementation of commercial and operational changes across FTTH services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, commercial operations, customer experience, or product implementation.
• Knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of FTTH commercial operations, including pricing, commissions, product implementation, and customer journey management.
• Working knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and management reporting.
• Understanding of FTTH products, customer journeys, pricing, commissions, and after-sales operations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project tracking or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an added advantage.
