Responsibilities

The Business Analyst - Digital Financial Services Officer II will be expected to:

• Participate in daily activities related to the assigned role to gain practical work experience.
• Support activities connected with the provision of national postal services across Tanzania.
• Contribute to activities that support the industrial, commercial, social, and household needs of the country through comprehensive and efficient postal services.
• Assist with money remittance services, including money orders and postal orders, where required.
• Support counter services for Tanzania Posts Corporation and government-related business in line with the Corporation's objectives.
• Participate in tasks and projects designed to develop professional skills and provide practical work experience.
• Engage in activities included in the one-year volunteering programme.

Qualifications Required

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, or financial services analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools or reporting automation is strongly preferred.
• Updated Curriculum Vitae containing reliable postal address, email address, and telephone contacts.
• Certified copies of academic and professional certificates.
• Certified copies of academic transcripts and birth certificate.
• Two guarantors who are Public Servants.
• Introduction letter from the Village or Street Executive Officer or the relevant Local Government Authority.
• Copy of a National Identification Card (NIDA).
• Good conduct and acceptable moral character within the community.
• Must not have previously been employed by any Public Institution since graduation.
• Must be willing to volunteer for one year for skills development and acquisition of practical work experience.
• Where a specific GPA is required, applicants should attach a GPA Calculation Certificate issued by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
