UNFPA Consultant Roster

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is inviting qualified professionals to join its Consultant Roster. The roster is intended for consultants with expertise in thematic areas relevant to UNFPA’s work and may provide opportunities to contribute to assignments supporting development and population-focused programmes.

The UNFPA Consultant Roster is a general pool of professionals who may be considered for specific consultancy assignments. The duties, deliverables, and duration of each assignment will be outlined in the relevant Terms of Reference (TOR).

Responsibilities include:

• Perform consultancy tasks specified in the Terms of Reference for the relevant assignment.
• Provide professional expertise in the assigned UNFPA thematic area.
• Deliver agreed outputs and services within the required timeframe.
• Apply professional knowledge and expertise to support UNFPA programmes and initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Significant professional experience in one or more UNFPA thematic areas.
• Experience working as a consultant with development agencies in international settings is ideally required.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of another United Nations language may be required or considered an advantage depending on the assignment.
• Demonstrate integrity and professional conduct.
