Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud security services.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Configure and manage user accounts and security groups.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant administration.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with third-party applications.
• Implement cloud security best practices and security controls.
• Ensure compliance with the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and company security policies.
• Configure and maintain cloud backup and recovery solutions.
• Ensure cloud services meet Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements.
• Support cloud migration projects from on-premises infrastructure.
• Participate in solution design and cloud architecture reviews.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for cloud platforms.
• Train users on cloud services and cybersecurity awareness.
• Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and achieve team objectives.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with enterprise cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance controls, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
