Responsibilities

• Conduct sales drives and promote FINCA products and services to new and existing clients.
• Open savings and loan accounts both in the field and at the branch.
• Work with the Branch Manager to implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.
• Grow the client base through customer acquisition activities.
• Increase loan disbursements and savings account openings.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Market all approved FINCA banking products using authorized promotional methods.
• Prepare and submit quality loan applications to the Credit Department.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Promote banking agencies and alternative service delivery channels to improve customer access.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for the Branch Manager.
• Ensure customer documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

Qualifications Required

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Economics, Community Development, Social Studies, or another related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is highly desirable.
• Experience in education or the agricultural sector is an added advantage.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Good writing and reading comprehension abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience in micro-lending is an added advantage.
