Responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional front desk customer service.
  • Receive, register, and facilitate customer complaints.
  • Escalate complaints to the appropriate officials when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about available government services.
  • Deliver general administrative support services.
  • Capture and maintain customer and registry information.
  • Support effective document storage and retrieval processes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
  • At least one year of experience in customer care or a non-governmental organization (NGO).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
