Responsibilities
Customer Care / Customer Service
- Serve customers by phone and in person.
- Provide accurate information about transport services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Offer assistance to customers whenever required.
Sales / Marketing
- Identify and recruit new customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote the company's transport services.
- Increase sales and support business growth.
Operations / Coordination
- Monitor the movement of goods and deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers throughout transportation.
- Provide delivery updates to customers.
- Ensure cargo reaches destinations safely and on time.
Delivery Driver
- Transport goods safely to customers.
- Follow assigned delivery schedules.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic safety checks.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Truck Driver
- Operate heavy vehicles for cargo transportation.
- Transport goods according to company procedures.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Observe road safety and vehicle regulations at all times.
Qualifications Required
Customer Care / Customer Service
- Female aged 18–28 years.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Patient, polite, and able to interact professionally with customers.
Sales / Marketing
- Female aged 18–28 years.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Creative with a good understanding of customer needs.
Operations / Coordination
- Male aged 18–30 years.
- Honest, punctual, and well organized.
- Able to use digital tools for daily operations.
Delivery Driver
- Valid driving licence.
- Good driving record and commitment to safe deliveries.
- Responsible and reliable.
Truck Driver
- Valid heavy vehicle driving licence.
- Experience operating trucks is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety and discipline.
