Responsibilities include:

- Preparing reports on public relations, communication, education, and communication activities.

Records Management Assistant II – 1 Post
Duty Station: Pemba
Salary Scale: TIRAS 3
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of registry operations.
- Handling classified documents in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming and internally generated correspondence.
- Recording and arranging the timely dispatch of correspondence.
- Opening and maintaining index control files.
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
- Must hold a Diploma at NTA Level 6 in Records Management, Archives, Archive and Documentation, Records and Information Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Insurance Officer II – General Insurance – 1 Post
Duty Station: Pemba
Salary Scale: TIRAS 4
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing applications for registration and renewal of registration certificates.
- Collecting and tabulating statistical information related to registration activities.
- Analysing registration and renewal applications for intermediaries and other service providers in line with prescribed requirements.
- Studying and analysing new insurance products proposed for introduction to the market.
- Responding to enquiries from members of the public and insurance industry stakeholders regarding registration requirements and other insurance matters.
- Participating in regular inspections.
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Insurance and Risk Management, Social Protection, or an equivalent qualification.

ICT Officer II – Front End Developer – 1 Post

Responsibilities include:
- Designing, coding, and debugging software applications for web, mobile, desktop, and other deployment platforms.
- Participating in software analysis, requirements analysis, code review, risk analysis, reliability analysis, and identification of code metrics.
- Assisting in analysing user requirements and developing prototypes and new system functionalities.
- Supporting application maintenance, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Designing, coding, and debugging web and mobile applications using appropriate programming languages.
- Conducting software testing and quality assurance activities.

- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Network Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information and Communication Systems Management, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or an equivalent field.

Marketing Officer II – Marketing – 1 Post

Salary Scale: TPCSS 5
Responsibilities include:
- Seeking advertising revenue opportunities.
- Selling Tanzania Posts Corporation products.
- Following up on payments from radio and television customers.
- Providing relevant information concerning the performance of Corporation products.
- Providing feedback on non-performing products and recommending ways to improve their performance.
- Ensuring that sales are not made to customers who are in default.
- Promoting programme sponsorship opportunities and selling associated Corporation products.
- Performing other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Business Administration majoring in Marketing or Entrepreneurship, or an equivalent qualification.
